Although the advice here is geared toward public relations, there's some evergreen bits worth remembering. I especially like: “People remember 2-3 things about you. Don’t let them be random.” And: “In order of how much it matters: the hook is first (to get attention), then how you tell your story, and finally where you tell it.”
